Launch & Scale: From Side Hustle to Structured Business

Mrs A's Gems set out to launch Launch & Scale, a six-week programme taking founders from side hustle to structured business. The programme needed a launch and delivery experience that felt as considered as the teaching itself.

Victoria L Events supported the design and delivery of the launch: shaping the programme narrative, producing launch assets and films, and structuring the participant experience across the six-module curriculum — Foundations, Offer and Model, Systems, Risk and KPIs, Delegation, and The Plan.

Participants moved through six weeks of structured teaching, delivered through live sessions built around a clear visual identity and a consistent, professional rhythm of communication from enrolment to completion.

The programme launched as a single cohort with a complete curriculum and a professional launch presence, giving Mrs A's Gems a repeatable format for future cohorts.
